Clinical psychologist and research scientist with 10+ years of experience in neuroscience and mental health research. With a specialization in health psychology, Dr. Laird’s expertise lies in how stress “gets under the skin” to affect mental and physical well-being. Her program of research focuses on designing, evaluating, and improving upon mind-body approaches to improving health and happiness. Dr. Laird earned her M.S. and PhD in Clinical Science from Vanderbilt University and served as a post-doctoral research scholar at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior.
