Sergio Araya-Zúñiga has a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica (ITCR) and has over six years of experience working with Golabs on various projects in the United States and Latin America and now has joined the Radicle Science team as a Software Engineer.

Sergio’s technical background aligns well with Radicle’s current projects, including work on portals and APIs. His professional passion lies in continuous improvement and the satisfaction of being useful.

Outside of work, Sergio is a sports lover and has a twin brother. As a child, his dream was to become a professional soccer player, a common aspiration in Costa Rica. Learning to program was a challenge for him, which inspired his enjoyment of sharing knowledge with others.
