Honoring Trailblazing Women in the Nutrition Industry
Radicle Science & Council for Responsible Nutrition partnered to create the Trailblazing Woman Award, the nutrition industry’s first to celebrate bold women in wellness. The annual award will honor a woman for outstanding #leadership, #mentorship, and industry commitment.
Nominations are open through Sept. 13, exclusively for CRN members.
The award recipient will:
- Receive a $2500 grant, which can be used for leadership and board training, mentorship opportunities, and career development;
- Be featured in a Fast Company article; and
- Have opportunities to appear in webinars and talks organized by Radicle Science, CRN, and partners.

These are the very women who are shaping both the history and future of the industry—and thus impacting consumer health in meaningful ways,” shared Pelin Wood Thorogood, Cofounder and Chairwoman, Radicle Science. “Considering more women use supplements than men, it’s critical to support female leaders in the industry and help close the gender gap that currently exists.”
