We are the Radicle Rebels, on a mission to permanently alter the course of healthcare for future generations.

We have revolutionized clinical trials and are transforming health and wellness products into precision medicine.

As entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, doctors, technologists and public health advocates, we are some of the world’s foremost experts in our fields and understand the magnitude of our stated mission.

We are audacious risk-takers and dreamers. Moonshots are in our DNA because we know when we succeed, the impact for humanity will be astronomical.

We aim to achieve the improbable, if not the impossible. We don’t just think outside of the box… we know there isn’t one!

Radicle Science is history’s first Proof-as-a-Service company, enabling non-prescription health and wellness products to clinically prove their true effects beyond placebo. Our transformative approach democratizes access to clinical trials and can finally close the “proof gap” between non-prescription wellness products and pharmaceutical drugs.

For the first time in history, any natural health product or dietary supplement company can have clinical proof throughout their entire business cycle to develop the most effective products, make strong clinically proven claims, build loyalty with consumers, and build trust among doctors, retailers, and investors.

Who are you?

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment where change is constant, everyone pitches in to get the work complete, and the TEAM succeeds collectively

  • You work well in collaboration and when working autonomously, to bring your ideas back to a team
  • You are organized and comfortable working in a virtual environment from home
  • You are a devil with the details, providing keen attention to details but can take a step back and see that bigger picture
  • You are comfortable using the Google® G-suite and/or Microsoft® Office suite
  • You are familiar with and/or willing to learn a host of online collaboration platforms (Calendly, Slack, Asana, HubSpot … and the list grows)
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in computer programming, data science, engineering (or related field) and have at least 2 years of working experience in a research setting (clinical research, medical research statistical modeling and analytics, high-throughput genomics, not an exhaustive list … but you get the picture).
  • Coding expertise using Java Script and/or Python
  • You have experience building surveys in the Qualtrics platform

Here is a general list (not exhaustive) of what a research technology manager does at Radicle Science:

  • Participate in maintaining, tracking, management and reporting of study plans and reports
