Kristen brings a passion for user-centered, data-driven design to Radicle Science, shaped by years of experience with early-stage startups. With a background in both marketing and design—and a Master’s in Marketing and Fine Arts—she offers a unique perspective that blends creativity with strategic insight. Kristen thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and is energized by collaboration, continuous learning, and turning complex challenges into intuitive, impactful experiences.
Outside of work, Kristen lives life adventurously in the Pacific Northwest, where she enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, and bike packing. When she’s not outdoors, you can find her making art, lifting weights, cooking, gardening, or exploring local grocery stores while traveling to better understand different cultures.
