Shelby Zadow

Shelby has dedicated her career to working with mission-driven organizations that advance wellness and sustainability through business. With more than 15 years of experience in the natural CPG industry, she has helped companies bring meaningful products to market by blending emotional resonance with scientific rigor and operational clarity.

Her journey began at Willamette Valley Vineyards, where she led initiatives around biofuel and recycled cork. She went on to help build BioAg from a start-up into a leader in organic and regenerative soil health, served on the board of Oregon Tilth, and helped amplify Host Defense Mushrooms’ commitment to sustainability, transparency, and research. Across every chapter, Shelby has partnered with companies driven by deeper purpose.

At Radicle Science, she continues that mission—supporting brands in their efforts to earn trust through evidence and meaning.

Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time outdoors, especially gardening and landscaping. She’s passionate about photography, travel, and documentaries, and loves building systems that turn creative ideas into scalable growth. Fascinated by the intersection of data, storytelling, and consumer psychology, Shelby thrives on product innovation and content creation that connect purpose with impact.
